From the producer: “Here at Reichsrat von Buhl we love dry wines. But we love ’em really dry. According to German wine law, dry can be up to 9g of residual sugar. But that’s not really dry. At least not in our opinion. For us, dry means 0 to 4g of residual sugar.”

With that in mind, Von Buhl created this Bone Dry Riesling with the label reflecting their brand message. It’s labelled as ‘trocken’ (meaning dry) to obey German wine law but it’s without doubt the driest, freshest Riesling on our list. It’s deliciously crisp, bursting with zesty lemon and lime flavours and citrus fruit freshness. A wine that keeps your tastebuds tingling with it’s racy, lively acidity. Food wise, it’s a good partner to tapas, light summer salads and simple seafood dishes.
