Tokara is a family-owned vineyard that derives its name from the founders’ children, Thomas and Kara. This is their top red and what a red it is! Dark brooding fruit and cedar spice aromas. The palate is BIG, BOLD and CHUNKY! Masses of concentration, wave upon wave of complexity and amazing freshness that really lifts the flavours. Delicious… especially with steak & bearnaise sauce or roast lamb with rosemary & garlic jus.
