An exceptionally fine example of what the Languedoc Roussillon region in the South of France can deliver.

A blend of 60% Grenache, 40% Carignan, grown on 40-80 year old vines in spectacular mountain vineyards at 250m altitude… that’s truly heroic viticulture! It’s had no oak ageing at all, just some time in concrete vats, so it’s top tier winemaking that allows all of the flavours to shine, whilst getting the structure and balance just right.

A wine of power but not at the cost of elegance and finesse as it just rolls around the mouth. A beautiful balance of dark and light. Grenache brings huge dark creamy blackcurrant fruit, great concentration and rich texture, whilst Carignan adds freshness and soft bright fruit.

Superb drinking now, with plenty of oomph to take on the heartiest of foods.

It ticks every box too… organic, vegetarian & vegan.

It’s a limited production wine with only 6666 bottles made but we’ll have it for as long as we can get our hands on it!
