Agricola Marrone has been producing outstanding wines in Piemonte for four generations. The third and fourth generations run the estate today and take every care to ensure the quality of their wines… the grapes are even hand picked into small boxes and transported to the winery on sleds to avoid them being bounced about on the back of a trailer! The wines reflect perfectly their terroir but are, at the same time supremely drinkable lacking the aggressive tannins of so many wines from the region.

Rich, dense and powerful. Lovely texture and juiciness with elegant notes of rose petals and cranberry and a persistent finish. There are hints already of fresh tobacco and mint which makes for a particular freshness. Pairs well with braised meat.
