At this winery in picturesque Devon, they like to do things a little differently. Since 2015 they’ve been working with some of the best English winegrowers to craft award-winning still and sparkling wines. Being one of a few wineries that work with growers nationwide, they have access to the best fruit grown on different soils or in different microclimates throughout the country, rather than just relying what is grown in their own vineyards.
Lyme Bay’s head winemaker, Sarah Massey, is super talented and the UK’s youngest female winemaker (to our knowledge) so we’re chuffed she’ll be joining us at our English Drinks Festival with a range of wines.
