Game & Italian Supper
An evening to raise money for The Game Conservancy Trust.
The evening includes:
A butchery demonstration of how to prepare game for cooking by local butcher, Jamie Laxton.
Top local chef, Keith Mickleburgh of Beetroot Catering, showing how to cook some tasty ten minute suppers from the prepared game.
Philip Amps of Amps Wine Merchants will match delicious Italian wines to the food and talk through them as you taste.
A game dish served with a glass of wine.
Booking is necessary.
Your ticket includes all wine samples and food.
Please advise us of any food allergies when booking this event.
The evening will begin promptly at 7pm.
If friends/family/colleagues are booking separately, please let us know if you would like to be seated together at time of booking.
Tickets are non refundable but may be transferred up until 3 days before the event.
