Explore the award-winning Waterkloof Estate in Stellenbosch, South Africa, renowned for its innovative approach to sustainability and exceptional wines. Once you dive into their selection, we’re sure you’ll be captivated by South African wines, even if you weren’t before! (Waterkloof is a team favourite South African producer). The tasting will be led by Louis Boutinot, whose father founded Waterkloof two decades ago. He’ll share the story of their family-run estate and commitment to organic and biodynamic practices, all while crafting exceptional wines. You’ll enjoy three whites and two reds, all paired with five delicious shared dishes prepared by acclaimed local chef, Stanley Street.

Hodgepot stew of slow-cooked mutton with vegetables, cinnamon, paprika red wine and cardamom.

Your ticket includes all wine samples and tapas dishes.
The evening will begin promptly at 7pm.
