We’ve been lucky enough to get our hands on thirty bottles of this truly exceptional Rioja, from one of the biggest names in the region. Founded in 1890, Bodegas Riojanas, who helped to introduce Rioja to the world, combine traditional winemaking techniques with state of the art technology to produce the very best. 2004 was classified as an excellent vintage and this wine surely is. Being aged for 36 months in second use American oak barrels and another 36 months in bottle before even being released to the market, you can expect a rich, bold wine with silky smooth tannins and enough structure to age even further!
