A beautiful, serious wine made from a variety of old-vine plots around the winery in the Loire Valley. The winning combination of old vine fruit and 12 months barrel ageing adds subtle power and richness to the bright citrus fruit and razor sharp acidity. It’s an exciting and quite delicious drink right now but it’s incredibly concentrated and complex, so there’s a story to unfold here over the next few years as well. Treat yourself to a glass with smoked salmon or lobster.
