Domaine Bott-Geyl converted their vineyards to be organic in 2000 and then biodynamic in 2002, which has seen these quality wines catapult themselves into the spotlight. Exotic aromas of rose petals and lychee, spices and honey. A well balanced, elegant wine best served Drink as an aperitif or with black pudding, spicy food, Asian cuisine (sweet and sour dishes), cheese… Ideally served with rich patés or Asian food.
