Made by brothers Sebastien and Fabrice Montesquiou at their family run estate in Jurancon, nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Pyrenees mountains. The estate has been handed down from father to son since the 18th century, with the brothers taking a minimalist approach to their winemaking and following biodynamic principles. Made from local grape varieties, this is a dry white that’s fresh and zingy, with citrus flavours of lemon and lime with riper apple, peach and pear fruit. If you like Picpoul or Chablis then I’d recommend you give this a go. Drink with fish or delicate chicken dishes.
