Italian sparkling wine is not all about Prosecco, as leading family producer Ferghettina has proved time and time again. Established in 1991, they have now grown to become one of the finest wineries in Franciacorta. This wine gets a lot of attention in our shops because of the eye-catching, square based bottle. The triangular, flattened sides provide a surface area around two and a half times greater than that of a standard bottle, giving more lees-to-wine contact and therefore greater complexity… so not only does it look good, but it makes it tastes even better too!
A soft, charming and pretty rosé fizz. Delicate and elegant, berry and sweet bread aromas and more sweet berries to taste. Delightful with shellfish or mozzarella and vine-ripened tomato salads.
