Harvested by hand from the small block of Chardonnay vines this is Folding Hills second vintage of this wine. Aromas of tropical fruit, pineapple, passionfruit and citrus leads onto floral notes of violets and roses. This delicious expression of Central Otago hits the palate with citrus and stone fruits balanced nicely with a touch of old oak spice. The velvety texture and flavours are all in perfect harmony.
Drinking amazingly right now but will develop nicely with a year or two of cellar age.
