Lisa is the name of the previous owner’s daugther, which has stuck with the wine. Made from a mix of Grenache Blanc, Cairette, Sauvignon Blanc and Vermentino grapes grown around the area by farmers that Chateau La Coste have worked with for over 15 years. It’s a fresh white with notes of lime, pear, white peach, nectarine and a mouthwatering streak of minerality running throughout. Ideal with a host of Mediterranean dishes – tomato mozzarella, roasted vegetables, ratatouille, fish and goats cheese.
