A wealth of aromas and flavours, all very elegant with gorgeous texture, rich and juicy, peach fruit, lovely creaminess and a light herbal character. When you consider the price of white Burgundy these days, this is a fabulous alternative. Like a posh Macon. Delicious with all kinds of risotto, seafood, or white meat dishes and cheeses.
