Tokara is a family-owned vineyard that derives its name from the founders’ children, Thomas and Kara. Blended from the very best grapes, chosen for their flavour and aromatic profile, this is a top notch Sauvignon Blanc. Lovely ripe aromas of passionfruit, lime, lemongrass and a hint of pea pod. The palate has a refreshingly crisp green apple flavour, textural body, mineral richness and a very long finish.
Drink with fresh grilled fish and salsa verde.
