The Mourvedre grape is perfect for Waterkloof, with its head in the sun and feet in the sea. So, not one to follow fashion, Paul Boutinot has made it the most planted red grape on this biodynamic farm and what a decision as this is world class rosé. Quite simply, plush, pale and posh! Beautifully dry with delicate aromas of pomegranates and raspberries with elegant fresh fruit flavours, a hint of creamy dried apricot and delicate minerality .Traditionally serve chilled on its own, but it also marries well with spicy, tuna-based dishes, sushi or crayfish.
