Wire Works Port Wine LBV is a dual maturation of our lightly-peatedspirit, initially matured in first-fill ex-bourbon barrels, and finished in‘Late Bottled Vintage’ Port barriques, which impart vibrant, fruity-sweetnotes to our aging whisky.

Nose: Cinnamon swirl, peaches and apricot, orange marmalade, staranise, ginger nut biscuits, marzipan, white chocolate, Demerara sugar.

Palate: Jelly babies, candied almonds, raspberry and blackcurrant jam,vanilla fudge, icing sugar, grapefruit zest, Bakewell tart.

Finish: Candied orange peel, eucalyptus, treacle tart, and the subtlesthint of peat.
