Following a “wine revolution” over the last twenty years, Spain’s white wines are now a powerhouse in the wine world. Albarino from the Rias Baixas region has emerged as a refreshing alternative to Sauvignon Blanc, while white Rioja is gaining traction amongst wine enthusiasts. In addition to these whites, Spain is renowned for its robust reds from Rioja and Ribera del Duero, made from the much loved Tempranillo grape. COMPETITIONS
We’ll be running two competitions for you to WIN Spanish wine this April.
WIN a Magnum of Spanish Red
This competition will launch on Tuesday 1st April on Facebook and Instagram. You’ll just need to like and share the post, and tag the friends you’d drink the magnum with.
Prize: Rippa Dorri Roble Ribera del Duero 1.5L, worth £32.95
WIN A Case of Spanish Wine
This competition will launch on Tuesday 1st April online and in both shops. Buy any bottle of Spanish wine and you’ll be entered into a free prize draw to win the case of wine. You’ll need to submit your details at time of purchase to qualify for entry.
Prize: 6 bottles of Spanish wine, worth over £100
