We refresh our cases every three months in. If you choose a monthly or bi-monthly subscription, you’ll continue to receive the same case as the previous one until the next quarter begins. The cases are refreshed in:

The Explorer Case
Whilst our Explorer Subscription 12 bottle selection includes some classics, it also opens the door to different wines you might not be familiar with. For instance, if you enjoy Sauvignon Blanc, have you ever tasted Verdejo or Grillo?

FAQs
When will I receive my first case?
After you have placed your order a member of our team will be in contact with you to discuss delivery. If you live within our local delivery radius we will organise a delivery day, typically a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. This will become your usual delivery day moving forward unless you contact us to change. If you don’t live within our delivery radius we will organise a DPD delivery either the following day or on a day of your choosing.
Can I reorder wine from a previous case?
Of course! We hope you love your wines enough to reorder them. Some wines may only be available in limited parcels and once we have refreshed our cases they may become unavailable but a member of our team will be more than happy to help you find something you love just as much.
When will my case be delivered?
All our cases are delivered on the first week of each month. After we have organised a delivery date with you, each case will be delivered at your desired frequency during the first week of the month.
Can I pause my case?
Yes, you can pause whenever you wish, to do so you will simply need to contact a member of our team. You can do this either by calling 01832 273502 or emailing [email protected]
Can I send a case as a gift?
Yes, all our subscription cases can be brought as a gift. When purchasing as a gift select the case you would like then, follow the normal process of selecting colour and frequency. When you proceed to payment, select that you are purchasing as a gift and fill out the correct details for the recipient. You decide how many cases you wish for the recipient to receive and then the subscription payments will be automatically cancelled after they have received the desired number cases.
How do I receive my discount?
When shopping in store you will receive 10% off any wine which isn’t on offer at the till. When shopping online when you log into your account on the website all the prices will automatically show as 10% off, you must be logged in for this feature to work. Please note the discount excludes promotions, events, courses, cases, subscriptions and gift vouchers.
